INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from day 1.
Please note that as a young company, we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of return shipping. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping and return costs: In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for both the initial and return shipping costs. This policy allows us to cover the expenses of shipping and processing returns. Please note that, according to our policy, the customer is responsible for these costs. We kindly ask you to carefully review our shipping and return policy before making a purchase and thank you for your understanding.
Should you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by sending a clear statement (for example, by letter or email) to the following address:

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. All returns must be sent back to us with a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be accepted or processed.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the package. Please note that we do not provide a return shipping label. Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Exceptions
Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates
- perishable goods that expire rapidly, such as food or drinks with a short “use by” date
- goods made to order or clearly personalised such as a custom-made clothings
- goods or services with fluctuating prices following global markets, such as household heating fuel
- fully delivered services, such as cleaning a terrace, if you expressly agreed to start immediately acknowledging you would lose the right of withdrawal
- sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, that you have unsealed
- online digital content, such as a song or movie, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance
- urgent repairs and maintenance contracts, such as inviting a plumber to repair a leaking shower
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchange:
Returning the received item is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
